PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY’S MARKETUNG ACTIVITIES

Abstract (English):
The article examines the essence of the management of the marketing activities of the enterprise, identifies its main directions, formulates the author's definition of the terms "marketing activities" and "management of the marketing activities of the enterprise". Based on the results of the study of the views of economists, the main innovations in the marketing activities of the enterprise were identified, and the author's plan-scheme of innovative activities in the distribution and sales policy of the enterprise's marketing was proposed, which includes technological, author's innovations, sales strategies, as well as the modernization of distribution channels.
