THE ROLE OF OUTSOURCING IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF AEROFLOT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article considers technologies for creating domestic means of production and scientific instrumentation as a strategically important area for ensuring technological sovereignty and sustainable socio-economic development. In modern conditions of global technological transformation and geopolitical instability, the level of development of means of production and scientific instrumentation is becoming not just an indicator of industrial potential, but a fundamental condition for national sovereignty, economic stability and scientific and technological progress. For many years, integration into global value chains has accelerated the modernization of key industries, on the one hand, and formed a critical dependence on imports of high—tech equipment, components, and specialized measuring equipment, on the other. The first part of the study analyzes the role of means of production and scientific instrumentation in the development of industry and science, reveals the technological and organizational foundations for the formation of a national production and instrument base. Special attention is paid to the impact of digitalization, high-precision technologies, and scientific and industrial cooperation on the effectiveness of creating and implementing domestic equipment. The presented analysis unequivocally confirms not only the economic feasibility, but also the strategic need for accelerated development of domestic means of production and scientific instrumentation. The effect is complex: from direct financial savings and increased manageability of enterprises to strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country. The key task at the present stage is to overcome the inertia of thinking, focus on strengths (operational flexibility, service) and point breakthroughs in critical technologies to form a full-fledged, competitive and sustainable technological core of the national industry.
