THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF CATERING ENTERPRISES

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the development of substantiation of the main directions of meaningful scientific research in the field of formation of methods of digital transformation of catering enterprises, as well as the definition of aggregated pa-rameters for evaluating the effectiveness of such projects. Aggregated indicators are in the range of "very poor - excellent" values in accordance with the standard approach to analyzing the competitiveness of complex systems, which allows the use of universal assessment tools. The literature analysis of the approaches made it possible to formulate proposals for the formalization of this phenomenon in relation to the considered field. Which has several specific features and peculiari-ties. As a result, a conceptual research space of categories was formed based on the identified problems and features, which makes it possible to identify the uni-versal parameters of the designed digitalization framework for Catering enter-prises, as well as to justify the ranges of their values
