IMPROVING PROCESS MODELING IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS BASED ON STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article presents a comprehensive approach to improving process modeling through the integration of stakeholder requirements management into business analysis methodology. The relevance of the problem under study is due to the existing gap between the formal aspects of process modeling and the need to take into account the diversity of requirements of different stakeholder groups in a dynamically changing business environment. Based on theoretical analysis and generalization of practical experience, three interrelated tools have been developed: a stakeholder influence matrix that allows determining the priority of their requirements and choosing optimal interaction strategies; a multi-level requirements management model covering the strategic, tactical, operational and technical levels; a comprehensive system for assessing the quality of process models, including quality criteria, measurement methods, feedback mechanisms and adjustment procedures. The proposed approach ensures systemic integration of stakeholder requirements at all stages of process modeling, from the initial collection and structuring of requirements to the validation and implementation of process solutions. The critical success factors for the application of the developed tools are identified, including early stakeholder involvement, an iterative approach to model development, formalized change management procedures, and regular feedback mechanisms. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the development of a business analysis methodology through the integration of process and stakeholder approaches. The practical value of the results lies in the development of specific tools and recommendations for improving process modeling. The results create a methodological basis for developing process management practices in modern organizations and increasing the effectiveness of organizational transformations.
