Abstract (English):
In a dynamically developing global economy, technology is becoming a key factor in increasing efficiency, innovation potential, and competitiveness of companies. This article analyzes the impact of technological solutions on business processes, including optimization of operations, automation, implementation of data analytics and digital transformation. The role of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud services, and the Internet of Things (IoT) in modernizing traditional approaches is considered. Particular attention is paid to the need for organizations to adapt to technological changes in order to maintain sustainability. Based on case studies and scientific research, the relationship between technology and the improvement of business models is demonstrated.
