The article examines the legal issues of financial rehabilitation of organizations engaged in agricultural activities and recognized in accordance with current legislation by agricultural producers who have the right to restructure their debts. The legal analysis of the law on financial rehabilitation of agricultural organizations is presented. The basic concepts of this legal act are highlighted and the procedure and stages of participation in the program for financial rehabilitation and debt restructuring of agricultural producers are presented. It is shown how groups of organizations are distributed in accordance with the ranking based on their financial condition. Information is provided on the progress of the implementation of financial rehabilitation of agricultural producers, both in Russia as a whole and in the context of federal districts
