Abstract (English):
The paper presents the results of research of the factors that define the choice of organizational control scheme for industrial park. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the options of the legal form of the management company of the industrial park in terms of the challenges that must be addressed in the future created by the management company is given. The authors compiled a comparative analysis of possible options for organizational and legal forms of management of the industrial park.

Управление индустриальным парком может осуществляться в различных организационно-правовых формах. Создание индустриального парка может осуществляться напрямую органами государственной власти, либо может создаваться управляющая компания индустриального парка в форме публичного акционерного общества, общества с ограниченной ответственностью, бюджетного учреждения или государственного унитарного предприятия.
Основными задачами, которые должны быть решены при создании управляющей компании индустриального парка и выборе ее организационно-правовой формы, являются следующие (табл.):
Задача 1. Максимальное сокращение сроков последующего предоставления земельных участков отдельным инвесторам — потенциальным резидентам индустриального парка для строительства производственных объектов. В зависимости от правового статуса земель будут различаться и способы и условия предоставления земельных участков резидентам.
