REPUTATIONAL FACTORS’ INFLUENCE ASSESSMENT ON THE REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract (English):
The article examines the influence of reputational factors on the socio-economic development of the subjects of the Volga Federal District. Based on a comprehensive methodology combining the analysis of the dynamics of indicators and correlation and regression methods, a non-linear impact of reputational factors on the development of regions is proven. The results demonstrate that the qualitative characteristics of the region's brand have a more significant impact on the parameters of socio-economic development than quantitative indicators. The study confirms the need for a systematic approach to managing the reputational capital of the region as a tool for sustainable development.
