ABSTRACT

Experience of preparation of the research and educational personnel on Management chair of the Penza state university of architecture and construction is considered. Research of structure and the content of activity of young teachers and graduate students is conducted. Offers on increase of efficiency of training of young teachers and graduate students to scientific and pedagogical activity are developed.

Об эффективности подготовки научно-педагогических кадров в высшем учебном заведении свидетельствует, главным образом, процент защит диссертаций. Усилия аспирантов и их научных руководителей концентрируются, в основном, на реализации исследовательского компонента образовательной программы аспирантуры в ущерб образовательному. Педагогико-психологической подготовке молодых преподавателей зачастую уделяется недостаточно внимания [15].
Целью нашего исследования является изучение практики подготовки научно-педагогических кадров на кафедре высшего учебного заведения в контексте опыта регионального вуза.
Задачами этого исследования являются рассмотрение организационно-методических вопросов подготовки студентов к научно-исследовательской и педагогической деятельности; изучение организации научно-исследовательской деятельности аспирантов кафедры и представления ее результатов; исследование опыта подготовки аспирантов кафедры к преподавательской деятельности, подготовки и повышения квалификации молодых преподавателей кафедры в целом.
