This article examines the aspects of ensuring the economic security of startups in Russia. Innovative entrepreneurship in modern conditions plays a key role in economic development and improving the standard of living of society. The object of this study is the economic security of startups in the Russian Federation. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the legal status of startups, the possibilities of conducting effective economic activity, as well as to consider the impact of innovative entrepreneurial activity on the economy and the development of the innovation sector in Russia. The subject of the research is the problems and strategies of forming a system of economic security of startups in the Russian economy. The purpose of the study is to determine the strategic position of startups in the economy and form the foundations of the economic security of startups in Russia.
