Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The widespread introduction of "end-to-end" digital technologies and, in particular, artificial intelligence technologies is a priority of state development, which determines the relevance of the topic of the study of current progress, key problems and prospects for the use of this technology. The introduction of artificial intelligence in public administration can allow this area to a new level of development, increasing the speed and quality of decision-making, performing routine labor-intensive tasks and calculations with less resource intensity, which is especially important in the public administration sector. Undoubtedly, the choice of technology for such a strategically important area in the economy should be based on a clear understanding of the current indicators of distribution and assessments of the effectiveness of its impact on the activities of the management sector. This predetermines the topic and relevance of the current study, aimed at forming the current picture of the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in public administration, its comparative demand and effectiveness - as key problems and factors in the prospects for further application. The results of the study demonstrated that the public administration sector is at the forefront of economic sectors in terms of the introduction of artificial intelligence. However, an analysis of the impact of technology on the activities of organizations allows us to conclude that its effectiveness is relatively low and somewhat overestimated, which is a key problem for further expansion of its application.
