Thе article analyzes the theoretical aspects of security and give identification of ways to implement the humanitarian policy of the state in the context of human security. Presence of security allows society to preserve and enhance their core values. Identification of the humanitarian aspects of the country´s security is aimed at preserving and strengthening the fundamental values of national culture on the basis of which it should form a meaningful space education. Human security acts as an integrated set of genetic, demographic, social, psychological, spiritual, moral and legal components. The state policy in the field of human security can be effectively implemented only if the structural institutional changes, characterized by long-term positive trends for sustainable development, were carried out.

Гуманитарная безопасность РФ является неотъемлемой составляющей национальной безопасности государства. В современном научном дискурсе гуманитарные аспекты безопасности определяются как проблема сохранения человеческой личности по разрушению традиционных культурных норм и ценностей и, одновременно, важное условие сохранения самобытности народа. Именно определенный набор мировоззренчески-ценностных ориентаций является социокультурной основой сферы обеспечения безопасности общества и лежит в основе формирования общенациональной идентичности как одного из основных консолидирующих и интегрирующих общество факторов.
В этом контексте гуманитарная безопасность должна быть направлена на защиту факторов, обеспечивающих сохранение и развитие культурной самобытности нации. Эта задача является одним из основных направлений гуманитарной политики государства.
