EFFECTIVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: CURRENT PRACTICES OF SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract (English):
Based on the best practices of personnel management of successful organizations in the Czech Republic, the aim of the article is to determine an effective personnel management system that allows any organization to achieve long-term goals and sustainable competitiveness. The article is based on the analysis of scientific literature in the field of personnel management and the results of the survey of managers and HR Directors of the most successful organizations in the Czech Republic. 100 respondents took part in the survey. The results show that the practices of personnel management affect the results of the organization, affecting the skills, motivation and results of employees. Potential best practices in personnel management include positive selection, regular evaluation, fair remuneration or systematic training. These practices are an integral part of human resource management in any organization and allow managers to influence skills, motivation.
