DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR THE INTEGRATION OF UNIVERSITIES INTO THE INNOVATIVE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF FORESTRY COMPLEX ENTERPRISES
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article substantiates the need to organize the interaction of forestry enterprises and universities. A two-way integration algorithm has been developed, providing two alternative ways to initiate cooperation.: from the enterprise side (path A) and from the university side (path B). A summary description of the eleven stages of the algorithm implementation is given. The key parameters of choosing a partner are identified and the motivation of both sides of the integration interaction is substantiated. The proposed algorithm formalizes the process of university integration into innovative projects of the forestry complex. The practical significance of the algorithm lies in the possibility of its use by enterprises and universities to increase the efficiency of integration interaction, which contributes to the formation of a sustainable industry innovation ecosystem.
