The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the organization of an innovation-territorial cluster in poultry farming - an industry that gives impetus to the development of agriculture due to its high rates of economic turnover of production resources. The economic advantages of the clusters were determined, consisting in strengthening the economic potential of all participants in the poultry cluster in a tough competition. The architecture of such education includes 4 levels: a center that includes the main producers of poultry products (industrial and technological); core - scientific and technological institutions engaged in the development of industry innovations and scientific support of agribusiness; transference - subjects of infrastructure and service services. Their organizational and economic rapprochement is coordinated by the parent organization they create in the form of an association or non-profit partnership, and stimulates the adopted organizational and economic development mechanism.
