The article considers methodological approaches to determining the level of provision of social infrastructure facilities in rural areas. The importance of researching this problem is associated with the burden on the territorial infrastructure, both in cities, with pendulum labor migration from rural areas, and to the countryside due to the seasonal summer residence of urban residents, the permanent summer residence of urban pensioners, the organization of remote work of citizens, and the form of leisure of urban residents.
