The article analyzes the provision of services to the population of municipal districts. For the overall assessment of the provision of a set of services, a rating assessment method was used, which made it possible to rank the districts and identify leaders (Kovylkinsky district) and outsiders (Kochkurovsky district). The assessment results indicate a significant differentiation of municipal districts both in terms of the integral assessment criterion and in certain types of services. It was concluded that priority support for lagging municipal districts is necessary to reduce the outflow of the population, to organize the provision of services not in a stationary, but in an outbound way.
