PUBLICLY RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND ESG FACTORS IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract (English):
In recent years, the activities of publicly relevant organizations have been closely monitored by the government and society. This article provides a comparative analysis of the composition and characteristics of publicly relevant economic entities in international and Russian practices. It also highlights the relationship between the activities of publicly relevant organizations and the current ESG agenda. The article analyzes the regulatory framework for the development of ESG projects in Russia. The author conclude that it is necessary to adapt the implementation of ESG principles in publicly relevant organizations to the Russian context.
