В статье рассматриваются институциональные новации, касающиеся по-правок в Федеральный закон «Об организованных торгах» и предложений Федеральной антимонопольной службы (ФАС) России о продлении экспе-римента по установлению ценовых соглашений органов государственной власти с хозяйствующими субъектами. Отмечаются положительные и от-рицательные особенности указанных новаций. Приводятся практические примеры по регулированию торговой деятельности, например, введение ограничений по размеру торговых наценок на продовольственные товары и другие меры, направленные на поддержку производителей агропродо-вольственных товаров.

The article discusses institutional innovations related to amendments to the Federal Law "On Organized Auctions" and proposals from the Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) of Russia to extend the experiment on setting price agreements between government authorities and business entities. The positive and negative features of these innovations are noted. Practical examples of regulating trade activities are given, for example, the introduction of re-strictions on the size of trade margins on food products and other measures aimed at supporting producers of agri-food products.
