В современных условиях именно качество материально-технического обеспечения и инновационные решения в строительных процессах АПК становятся ключевыми факторами устойчивого развития отрасли. В этой связи целью исследования является анализ роли инноваций в модернизации строительных процессов в агропромышленном комплексе, а также разработка подходов к повышению эффективности управления инновационными процессами в данной сфере. Обоснована значимость строительной инфраструктуры как ключевого элемента интеграции технологических и организационных инноваций в производственно-хозяйственные процессы АПК. Рассмотрены особенности реализации инновационных процессов в строительной сфере АПК, обусловленные межотраслевым характером взаимодействия, необходимостью соблюдения санитарных, технологических и нормативных требований, а также высокой капиталоемкостью проектов. Выделены ключевые тенденции развития, включая интеграцию проектирования и технологических процессов, усиление требований к биобезопасности, развитие энергоэффективных решений и распространение модульного строительства. Предложена модель управления инновациями в строительстве АПК, основанная на учете жизненного цикла инноваций, системы участников и совокупности механизмов управления (координационного, институционального, инвестиционного и технологического). Особое внимание уделено проблеме разрывов инновационного цикла и необходимости формирования замкнутого контура управления.
In modern conditions, it is the quality of material and technical support and innovative solutions in the construction processes of the agro-industrial complex that are becoming key factors for the sustainable development of the industry. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to analyze the role of innovation in the modernization of construction processes in the agro-industrial complex, as well as to develop approaches to improve the efficiency of innovation process management in this area. The importance of the construction infrastructure as a key element of the integration of technological and organizational innovations into the production and economic processes of the agroindustrial complex is substantiated. The features of the implementation of innovative processes in the construction sector of the agroindustrial complex are considered, due to the intersectoral nature of interaction, the need to comply with sanitary, technological and regulatory requirements, as well as the high capital intensity of projects. Key development trends are highlighted, including the integration of design and technological processes, increased biosafety requirements, the development of energy-efficient solutions and the spread of modular construction. A model of innovation management in the construction of the agro-industrial complex is proposed, based on the consideration of the innovation life cycle, the system of participants and a set of management mechanisms (coordination, institutional, investment and technological). Special attention is paid to the problem of breaks in the innovation cycle and the need to form a closed management loop.
